For Sponsors placing an ad in the 2018 IAKL Conference Booklet, the submission DEADLINE is Monday, July 16, 2018.
Acceptable Ad Formats: PDF, JPEG, AI, EPS, or TIFF, all in high resolution (300dpi) with 1/8” image bleed in CMYK format. Please DO NOT submit Word documents as the formatting changes from computer to computer.

If you are a Sponsor or Exhibitor that is utilizing a table, the IAKL Conference has capacity for 12, to be set up outside the Convention Ballroom space. If you are a Sponsor that desires a table, you MUST notify the Host Committee of your Table request, and SELECT A BOOTH #, first come, first served: firstname.lastname@example.org

1. Exhibitor Table Style and Size: The hotel provides each exhibitor with a 6’ x 30” clothed table with 2 chairs. However, this is not a full convention-style booth. If you want to have a convention-style booth, you may contact any of the following Exposition Companies for more information on booth size and cost.
2. Set up/ Dismantle schedule: Exhibitors can set-up on Thursday, 9/13/18 after 6:00 pm; Tear down/clearing must be COMPLETED by Saturday, 9/15/18 by 3:00 pm
3. Package Shipment: If you are shipping items for your exhibit table ahead of time, you MUST fill out and fax a form to the Grand Hyatt Hotel, and if you are requesting that they store items in advance, there is a cost. Please DOWNLOAD THE FORM AND INSTRUCTIONS.
